Patisserie Operaa is the brainchild of Maitreyee Oja. Behind our success is her relentless heart and soul.
Maitreyee’s journey began with a simple love for baking, which over the years blossomed into a passion for serving her community with the finest pastries and baked goods. After graduating from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in London, she combined her expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to establish a bakery in Guwahati. Her vision was to create a space where people could savour delicious treats and experience the warmth and care that goes into every item.
Under Maitreyee’s leadership, Patisserie Operaa has developed its charming character. Her dedication to the craft is evident in the way she personally trains and mentors each member of the baking team, ensuring that high standards of quality are consistently met.
